Yahoo! is using a spammy technique?

I’m not quite sure if it’s a spammy thing and this IS probably some old news, but I just discovered it and haven’t seen it elsewhere. Just wanted to share what I just discovered (isn’t that what this blog is all about?) Just visit this link, highlight the whole page, and you will find this text hidden (its white text on a white background):

Visually impaired or blind users: We can help you register or verify your account. Please go to this page: http://add.yahoo.com/fast/help/us/edit/cgi_access and provide us with your phone number, email address, and Yahoo! ID (if you have one) so Customer Care can contact you.

If this is especially hidden for the blinds, because they might be using a software that is especially reading hidden text, than I guess we could all stuff our pages with keywords, because the blind might probably using a search engine than only focuses on hidden text :-)
